Suggested Uses
TOPICALLY:
Dilute and apply on neck, chest, back, pulse points or reflex points.

*If you plan to spend time in the sun or tanning, we recommend enjoying one of the other methods of use. Or, you may apply topically to areas of the skin protected from the sun, such as under clothing.
AROMATIC:
Diffuse in room diffuser or nebulizer.
Inhale from bottle directly or add 1-2 drops to a tissue and inhale.
Add a drop to palms of hands and cover nose and mouth and inhale.
INTERNALLY: (see internal use safety recommendations)
Dilute with carrier oil & add to cold or hot beverage to benefit body systems
Add 1-10 diluted drops to capsule
Safety
Caution (topical application): This blend contains essential oils which can interact with sunlight(phototoxic). Do not use on your skin within 18 hours prior to exposure to sunlight or U.V. rays. We recommend if you are planning on spending time in the sun or a tanning bed, that you try one of the other methods of use.
Dilute with carrier oil to prevent possible skin irritation.
If pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have liver or kidney disfunction, consult your health care practitioner before use. Avoid eyes, mucous membranes, and sensitive skin. Keep out of reach of children. If oil gets in eyes or other sensitive areas, flush with a vegetable/nut/seed carrier oil (fractionated coconut oil, olive oil, sunflower, jojoba, etc.)
If applying an essential oil to your skin always perform a small patch test to an insensitive part of the body (If it is not already diluted, dilute with a carrier oil).
Store in a covered or dark, airtight container in the refrigerator or cool area for longest shelf life.

Ann I am not a morning person. But this seems to help get my brain engaged quicker in the morning. I put a few drops in my infuser by my chair and then I make my coffee. As I enjoy my wake up coffee Jump Start also helps me start my day.
