Suggested Uses
For specific usage instructions see the keychain reference card that comes with your kit. For general usage see below.
INTERNALLY:
Add 1-2 diluted drops to cold or hot beverage for specific conditions. See keychain reference card for specific usage.
TOPICALLY:
Apply 1-2 drops of diluted oil on area of concern
AROMATIC:
Add a few drops to a diffuser to purify and freshen the air
Add a few drops to palms of hands, cover nose and mouth and inhale
CULINARY:
Add to marinades, desserts, & drinks for a refreshing zing and to enhance the flavor of foods. Do not add while liquid is boiling as the essential oil will boil off.

I purchased this pocket Dr. key chain with assorted essential oils as a gift for a friend. She absolutely loves it. She uses the oils frequently. These make wonderful gifts for people familiar with the oils and their uses but also for the novice. The oils are fairly common ones used to treat a variety of ailments both topically and in a diffuser for aromatherapy. I think I may have to treat myself to one of these soon.

After getting my Pocket Doctor 2 kit, I had to get another one. These kits are awesome and now I can mix and match the essential oils that I travel with. They are small enough to take to work for those unexpected stress moments, headaches and other issues. The selection of oils is great and I love the fact that it comes with a small bottle of coconut oil to dilute the essential oils. Again, this set is made to travel. It would also be great to put in your gym bag. Best of all, there is a note card with a slew of health issues and essential oil recipes to address them.This kit has a great mix of essential oils. In case you aren’t familiar with their benefits, here is a list:
– Marjoram: reduces pain, eliminates spasms and cures cramps, while enhancing the libido. Marjoram essential oil also protects from wounds becoming septic, inhibits viral and bacterial growth, removes excess gas from the intestines, cures headaches, increases perspiration, promotes digestion, increases urination, opens up obstructed menses, cures coughs and colds, and dilutes phlegm. Finally, it is known to kill fungus, lower blood pressure, cure constipation, soothe nervous disturbances, widen and relax blood vessels, and generally improving the health of your stomach.
– Cypress: strengthens gums and contracts muscles, protects wounds against infections, clears spasms, removes body odor, increases urination, promotes perspiration, strengthens the respiratory system, and soothes inflammation.

I am an essential oil addict and use them every day in some form. The benefits are many. If your new to oils and want to try a fantastic quality oil this is for you. I’m extremely impressed with the high quality of this Pocket Doctor essential oil kit. The zippered key chain case is well made with 8 small pockets inside. Each pocket contains a different essential oil. This kit is Pocket Doctor #4. 100 % pure therapeutic grade oils. Being very honest, I was not expecting such a high quality product! This kit came with a small 15ml bottle of fractionated coconut oil and a reference card listing what different oils are used for. This would make a great gift!!! Each vial is labeled on top. Of course I had to open each one and smell the wonderful scent!! They are in a dark glass colored vial, with the plastic ring with hole to control each drop. Each vial holds 40-50 drops. In addition to the added card with different oils and what uses they are for, you can read what each of these 8 essential oils are used for. There are other pocket doctors listed that can be purchased separately. This is really nice, top quality, very convenient. For sure a 5 star product!
I have purchases many of these for gifts for others in my family as well as for friends, I own three different Pocket Doctor sets myself each with different oils as these are fantastic to travel with in my purse, car or on a backpack. I highly recommend these for others. I have paper tested each oil and they pass the paper test. I love the fact that I can reuse the bottles with my own blends or buy having other bottles the same size I can put my own oils into same size bottles and they fit well in this case with elastic holders in case that keep the bottles protected and in place. The padded case also protects the bottles as well.
When using any essential oils do your research to learn all that each oil can do, best holistic properties are many. I use these oils topically as well as in my diffuser. I will be buying many more of these. I now own three pocket dr keychain sets plus the one to make my own blends.
