Description
The aroma of Inches Away is slightly citrusy and cinnamony. It’s warm and pleasant, but most importantly, it can also be an effective tool to curb cravings. It can be used to eliminate destructive habits by associating the scent with a new and healthy behavior. Use it to help you skip dessert or a second helping, or to simply boost your metabolism or aid digestion. Inches Away can be applied to the abdomen over the stomach, or to reflex points, diffused, or inhaled directly from the bottle.

Suggested Uses
Suggested Usage: Utilize by one of the methods below before working out for an energy boost, or before meals to help control appetite and overeating and as part of a healthy weight management program
TOPICALLY:
Apply 1-2 diluted drops onto pulse points, reflex points, or abdomen.
Please Note: If you plan to use topically, this blend contains Bergamot, which is potentially phototoxic (reacts with the sun). Please see our safety tab for more information.
*If you plan on spending time in the sun, we recommend applying it on areas of the body covered by clothing, or one of the other methods of use.
AROMATIC:
Add 8-10 drops to a room diffuser
Add a drop to palms of hands, cover nose and mouth and inhale
Remove cap and inhale directly from bottle
Apply a drop to a tissue and inhale
INTERNALLY: (see internal use safety recommendations)
Dilute 1-2 drops with carrier oil or in milk & add to cold or hot beverage
Add 1-10 diluted drops to capsule
CULINARY:
Add 1-2 drops diluted in a carrier oil, milk or other fat to marinades, desserts, & drinks to taste. To preserve therapeutic benefits, do not add to boiling liquids.
Safety
Caution (topical application): This blend contains essential oils which can interact with sunlight(phototoxic). Do not use on your skin within 18 hours prior to exposure to sunlight or U.V. rays. We recommend if you are planning on spending time in the sun or a tanning bed, that you try one of the other methods of use.
If pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have liver or kidney disfunction, consult your health care practitioner before use. Avoid eyes, mucous membranes, and sensitive skin. Keep out of reach of children. If oil gets in eyes or other sensitive areas, flush with a vegetable/nut/seed carrier oil (fractionated coconut oil, olive oil, sunflower, jojoba, etc.)
If applying an essential oil to your skin always perform a small patch test to an insensitive part of the body (If it is not already diluted, dilute with a carrier oil).
Store in a covered or dark, airtight container in the refrigerator or cool area for longest shelf life.

I am really loving this essential oil….I did the paper test and it passed with flying colors…So I feel the decription of this oil is spot on….no fillers, no poisons…The smell is fantastic…gosh I just love it and did not expect to love as much as I do….I sniff this every chance I get and also putting it in my diffuser because I just can not get enough…I can tell already tell that this is one oil I do not want to be without….ever….That is how good it is…What a wonderful blend….

I am combining Inches Away with intermittent fasting. I was seeking an option that wasn’t an over the counter pill to help curb wanting to eat outside of my fasting timeframe. Gave this a shot – and, am happy with the results. I apply to wrists, behind ears, and under jaw line, grab a glass of ice water (with lemon slice) and go on doing what I need to. The urge passes within a few minutes and I don’t feel the need to keep walking to the kitchen. Not sure about why or how this works, but – it works for me. And – the best part is that it isn’t a pill that promises all but doing the laundry.
