Petitgrain, (Citrus aurantium) – Relaxing and soothing. Petitgrain is soft, herbal and floral like the aroma of crushed orange leaves (whereas Neroli is from orange blossoms, and orange oil is from the peels of the orange fruit itself). It can help you relax and cast off stress and worry. You can help create a healthy and calm atmosphere by diffusing a few drops of Petitgrain. Some who use Petitgrain say it helps them feel inspired and emotionally uplifted. Applied topically, it can be used to help treat blemishes and promote glowing, healthy skin. Linalool notes make this a good oil for blending with Lavender

Suggested Uses

Apply 1-2 diluted drops on area of concern, pulse points, abdomen, or back

Add 8-10 drops to a diffuser
Add a drop to palms of hands, cover nose and mouth and inhale
Add to water in spray bottle to spritz in a room or on linens
Inhale scent directly from the bottle, or put a drop on a tissue and inhale

Dilute with carrier oil & add to cold or hot beverage to benefit body systems
Add 1-2 diluted drops to capsule

Very fresh and herbaceous scent. I use it at night in the diffuser to help unwind and destress. It’s got a mind-clearing, calming effect that helps with getting to sleep easily.
