Suggested Uses
TOPICALLY:
May apply to neck, back, shoulders, wrists, or bottoms of feet
AROMATIC:
Diffuse in room diffuser or nebulizer.
Inhale from the bottle directly or add 1-2 drops to a tissue and inhale.
Add a drop to palms of hands and cover nose and mouth and inhale.
Add 3-5 drops of essential oil to a bowl of very hot (not boiling) water and inhale the vapor for 5-10 minutes; the effect will be maximized by placing a towel over the head.
For air spray, add 10-20 drops to water in a spray bottle and spritz on surfaces or in the air.
Add 5-10 drops to an essential oil inhaler; use the inhaler every 15 minutes or so to alleviate symptoms.
Safety
Cautions: Dilute with carrier oil to prevent possible skin irritation.
If pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have liver or kidney dysfunction, consult your healthcare practitioner before use. Avoid eyes, mucous membranes, and sensitive skin. Use internally only with supervision from a qualified healthcare professional. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use internally for children. If oil gets in eyes or other sensitive areas, flush with a vegetable/nut/seed carrier oil (fractionated coconut oil, olive oil, sunflower, jojoba, etc.)
If applying an essential oil to your skin always perform a small patch test to an insensitive part of the body (If it is not already diluted, dilute with a carrier oil).
Store in a covered or dark, airtight container in the refrigerator or cool area for longest shelf life.

I was hesitant to get this blend because I’m not a fan of patchouli oil at all. And I was surprised, since patchouli is the first ingredient, that it smells better than I expected. Definitely a little more earthy than I like and still think the patchouli takes over a little more than needed‚Ķ I tend to like softer and more citrusy smells but definitely not an awful smell at all and with a little lavender and citrusy smells, it diffuses well! That’s why it got a three and not a lower star.

It’s not my favorite. It’s spicy and I do like spicy. Again, it’s not my favorite.

I love spicy oils and this is a great blend to diffuse in the winter or wear (diluted) as a perfume. You will feel spicy all day long.

I had waited a while to review this product because usually Davina does such an amazing job and i was really hoping that this would be a helpful and nice smelling blend that both my husband and I would like; however he and I, especially him, are sensitive to certain scents (and not many essential oils cause that irritation but this one did, even when used in a very small amount and with other oils in the diffuser) and in our opinion, there is way too much patchouli in this blend! Maybe somehow having a similar type/scentual blend with some soft scents like lavender, Jasmine, Rose, etc cedar wood or something like it, along with some of the more citrusy essential oils might be better for those of us that do not like patchouli oil! I know that is rare to dislike in the EO world but no matter how many times I have tried it and in different blends, it’s usually too overpowering for me!

This oil smells very nice and the scent lingers for a reasonable amount of time. I mixed a scant drop with a vanilla/almond blend carrier oil and used it as a moisturizer on my legs. It was luxurious!
