For those troubled with achy muscles and sore joints, massaging a few drops of Ginger essential oil into the area can provide soothing comfort and warmth. TOPICALLY:
Apply 1-2 diluted drops on area of concern, pulse points, abdomen, or back

Although most people are not sensitive to topical applications of Ginger, it is advisable to test a small area first. If sensitivity occurs, use a carrier oil to dilute.
