Suggested Uses
TOPICALLY:
- Apply 1-2 diluted drops on wrists, neck, pulse points, abdomen, or back
- Add several diluted drops to skin or skin care products
Please Note: If you plan to use topically, this blend contains Clementine, which is potentially phototoxic (reacts with the sun). Do not apply topically 18hrs prior to exposure to UV rays or apply under clothing away from exposed areas. Please see our safety tab for more information.
AROMATIC:
- Add 8-10 drops to a diffuser
- Add a drop to palms of hands, cover nose and mouth and inhale
- Add to water in spray bottle to spritz in room or on linens
- Inhale scent directly from bottle, or put a drop on tissue and inhale
Safety
Caution (topical application): This blend contains essential oils which can interact with sunlight(phototoxic). Do not use on your skin within 18 hours prior to exposure to sunlight or U.V. rays. Ignite may be used under clothing away from sunlight or areas to be exposed to UV rays.
Essential oils are extremely potent. Diluting oils before applying them topically is better for your skin and extends the life of your oils. Diluting oils does not reduce their effectiveness and can even enhance their usefulness. See our Dilution Guidelines page for more information on dilution rates.
Do not use near eyes or mucous membranes. Keep out of reach of children.
Store in a covered or dark, airtight container in the refrigerator or cool area for longest shelf life.

Marci H. Initially, I wasn't exactly sure about this blend because there were several essential oils that I had never tried or smelled before but it has turned out to be an excellent blend to put on by itself (usually I put on my wrist) or to add to the diffuser.
