Ease discomfort from joint issues with a special blend of essential oils that will help support circulation, bring cooling relaxation, and pain relief. The high sesquiterpene content of the oils in this blend promotes the clearing of inflamed areas and soothing of pain-afflicted areas.

Suggested Uses
TOPICALLY:
Apply on areas of concern
Apply to joints
AROMATIC:
Diffuse in room diffuser or nebulizer.
Inhale from bottle directly or add 1-2 drops to a tissue and inhale.
Add a drop to palms of hands and cover nose and mouth and inhale.
Add 3-5 drops of essential oil to a bowl of very hot (not boiling) water and inhale the vapour for 5-10 minutes; the effect will be maximized by placing a towel over the head.
For air spray, add 10-20 drops to water in a spray bottle and spritz on surfaces or in the air.
Add 5-10 drops to an essential oil inhaler; use the inhaler every 15 minutes or so to alleviate symptoms.
INTERNALLY: : (see internal use safety recommendations)
Add 1-10 diluted drops to a capsule or dilute with a carrier oil & add to cold or hot beverage to ease painful inflammation and promote healthy joint function.
Safety
Cautions: Dilute with carrier oil to prevent possible skin irritation.
Contraindications (Oral): Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD)
If pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have liver or kidney disfunction, consult your health care practitioner before use. Avoid eyes, mucous membranes, and sensitive skin. Use internally only with supervision from a qualified healthcare professional. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use internally for children. If oil gets in eyes or other sensitive areas, flush with a vegetable/nut/seed carrier oil (fractionated coconut oil, olive oil, sunflower, jojoba, etc.)
If applying an essential oil to your skin always perform a small patch test to an insensitive part of the body (If it is not already diluted, dilute with a carrier oil).
Store in a covered or dark, airtight container in the refrigerator or cool area for longest shelf life.

Nicole Yes, I use this topically as well as internally. I am a runner and I care for my body. Injuries happen, even though prevention methods are used. I currently have a knee issue. I apply Jointment to the affected area and consume as well for double protection. This is continued until the affected area is healed. Jointment aids in the discomfort of the injured area as well as the healing process.

Vicki S. I purchased this some weeks ago to try on one of my fingers. I have arthritis and at times it can be quite painful. I also experience a lot of cramping in my finger. I started taking a daily dose of fish oil capsules as I was advised that this aids with arthritis. For me I did not gain any relief. Upon receiving your product, I commenced application. I was amazed that within the second day of using this product I actually felt some relief. It's great! On another note, approximately a year ago I purchased your Head-Med product, again I am very happy with the results. Since then I have not taken any headache medication. I carry both these products in my handbag all the time. I highly recommend both.
