Time out is designed to help you set aside the weight of the world and just take a breather.
Time Out was created to inspire a peaceful and tranquil state of mind and body. This incredibly calming blend can be diffused to fill an entire room with its comforting influence. Time Out can also be applied topically to wrists, neck, bottoms of feet or reflex joints, take its relaxing influence with you wherever you go.
Please Note: This blend contains Bergamot, which is potentially phototoxic (reacts with the sun). Please see our Safety tab for more information before topical use.

Suggested Uses
TOPICALLY:
May dilute and apply to neck, back, shoulders, wrists, or bottoms of feet
Note: This blend contains essential oils which can interact with sunlight(phototoxic). Do not use on your skin within 24 hours before exposure to sunlight or U.V. rays. We recommend if you are planning on spending time in the sun or a tanning bed, that you try one of the other methods of use. Otherwise, simply dilute and apply to areas not exposed to direct sunlight, such as under clothing.
AROMATIC:
Diffuse in room diffuser or nebulizer.
Inhale from the bottle directly or add 1-2 drops to a tissue and inhale.
Add a drop to palms of hands and cover nose and mouth and inhale.
Add 3-5 drops of essential oil to a bowl of very hot (not boiling) water and inhale the vapor for 5-10 minutes; the effect will be maximized by placing a towel over the head.
For air spray, add 10-20 drops to water in a spray bottle and spritz on surfaces or in the air.
Add 5-10 drops to an essential oil inhaler; use the inhaler every 15 minutes or so to alleviate symptoms.
Safety
Caution (topical application): This blend contains essential oils which can interact with sunlight(phototoxic). Do not use on your skin within 18 hours before exposure to sunlight or U.V. rays. We recommend, if you are planning on spending time in the sun or a tanning bed, that you try one of the other methods of use.
If pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have liver or kidney disfunction, consult your health care practitioner before use. Avoid eyes, mucous membranes, and sensitive skin. Keep out of reach of children. If oil gets in eyes or other sensitive areas, flush with a vegetable/nut/seed carrier oil (fractionated coconut oil, olive oil, sunflower, jojoba, etc.)
If applying an essential oil to your skin always perform a small patch test to an insensitive part of the body (If it is not already diluted, dilute with a carrier oil).
Store in a covered or dark, airtight container in the refrigerator or cool area for longest shelf life

I’m a mom of a child with Autism and ADHD and when my kiddo gets going, he really “gets with it”. So, when this happens I just put a few dabs of Time Out on him and he tends to become more “grounded” and becomes more calm. We love this!

I really thought that I would love this blend and that it would be great for both home and office, especially since it has some of my absolute favorite single essential oils in it; however, I still found a patchoul oil smell Way more overpowering than any other essential oil smell in the blend. I did, however, give it to a friend after deciding that I couldn’t use it and she really loved it and Is getting more so I think it’s just personal preference on the patchoul for me on this one which is why I still gave it four out of five stars. Regardless, Davina is a great company with tons of great products!

This specific blend is wonderful. It has a soft citrus, tangy scent. Pleasant to the senses, not over powerful or over bearing. This is a blend that I could diffuse all day. One could even choose to wear this blend, it is that gratifying.

I use the to to get into relax mode before bed, I read for a while and then use the ya, it seems to work pretty well most of the time, as I got older I began having problems sleeping, I wanted something natural and non addictive.
