Women’s Blend
Monthly Mend is a blend formulated for women to relieve symptoms of PMS such as moodiness, cramps, and hot flashes. For many women, the pain and discomfort of menstrual cramps can be nearly debilitating. This, along with moodiness such as depression, irritation, or mood swings, can make day-to-day life more difficult and frustrating. On top of that, bloating often adds to what can be a miserable experience. Davina designed Monthy Mend to provide emotional support and soothing comfort for women who experience symptoms of PMS. Expertly blended, using only the most pure and effective essential oils containing antidepressant, antispasmodic, sedative, stomachic and calming properties among others. Monthly Mend can free women from PMS symptoms, leaving us feeling calm, balanced, and in control.

If pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have liver or kidney disfunction, consult your health care practitioner before use. Avoid eyes, mucous membranes, and sensitive skin. Keep out of reach of children. If oil gets in eyes or other sensitive areas, flush with a vegetable/nut/seed carrier oil (fractionated coconut oil, olive oil, sunflower, jojoba, etc.)
If applying an essential oil to your skin always perform a small patch test to an insensitive part of the body (If it is not already diluted, dilute with a carrier oil).
This blend contains Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare) which has as a component trans-anethole. This component may have estrogenic effects. It is therefore advised not to use the oil during pregnancy, breastfeeding, with estrogen-dependent cancers, and with people who have endometriosis, and children under five years of age. Tisserand suggests that oils high in this component be avoided in oral doses. Trans-anethole is potentially hepatotoxic, and may inhibit blood clotting and should not be used with any antidiabetic or anticoagulant medications. It should be used with caution by women who have a heavy menstrual flow as it has vasorelaxant action.
Store in a covered or dark, airtight container in the refrigerator or cool area for longest shelf life.
