Stress OUT has powerful essential oils for anxiety. The therapeutic components in Stress OUT can act as a sedative to the nervous system in a short amount of time.
Stress OUT can be applied across the forehead, behind the ears, under the chin, on the wrists or on the soles of feet. It is also great to diffuse in your home or office, or use in a aromatherapy inhaler.
This proprietary formula contains:
Sweet Orange (Citrus sinensis)
Tangerine (Citrus reticulata)
Patchouli (Pogostemon cablin)
Ylang Ylang (Cananga odorata)
Elemi (Canarium luzonicum)

Apply 1-2 diluted drops to neck, chest, or pulse points to lift mood
Add 20-30 drops to 1 oz. of unscented body, skin or hair care products.
Add 5-10 drops to 1/4 cup Epsom salt or other course salt and add to bath water. Alternatively, you can add to 5-10 drops to 1-2 tablespoons milk or honey and add to a bath.
Add 8-10 drops to a diffuser or nebulizer to promote calmness and make your home smell fresh and amazing
Inhale from bottle directly or add 1-2 drops to a tissue and inhale.
Add a drop to palms of hands and cover nose and mouth and inhale.
Add 3-5 drops of essential oil to a bowl of very hot (not boiling) water and inhale the vapor for 5-10 minutes; the effect will be maximized by placing a towel over the head.
For air spray, add 10-20 drops to water in a spray bottle and spritz on surfaces or in the air.
Add 5-10 drops to an essential oil inhaler; use the inhaler every 15 minutes or so to alleviate symptoms.
If pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have liver or kidney disfunction, consult your health care practitioner before use. Avoid eyes, mucous membranes, and sensitive skin. Keep out of reach of children. If oil gets in eyes or other sensitive areas, flush with a vegetable/nut/seed carrier oil (fractionated coconut oil, olive oil, sunflower, jojoba, etc.)
If applying an essential oil to your skin always perform a small patch test to an insensitive part of the body (If it is not already diluted, dilute with a carrier oil).
Store in a covered or dark, airtight container in the refrigerator or cool area for longest shelf life.
