Description
A wonder at soothing that tight band of tension that often accompanies headaches, this fresh minty blend was designed specifically to provide headache relief. To use, apply to each temple and across the forehead, along the hairline, on the scalp, on the neck down to the shoulders, and along the jawline, then simply breath in the refreshing and comforting scent while it goes to work giving you relief.
For prolonged headaches that just won’t quit, for tension, or tension headaches, or when your usual approach isn’t working, Head Med can make a big difference.

Suggested Uses
TOPICALLY:
Apply 1-2 diluted drops to chest & neck to relieve congestion
AROMATIC:
Add 8-10 drops to a diffuser to clear headache
Add a drop to palms of hands, cover nose and mouth and inhale
Remove cap and inhale directly from bottle
Safety
Cautions: Can cause skin sensitization if not diluted. Do not apply near eyes
Our Recommendations: If pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have liver or kidney disfunction, consult your health care practitioner before use. Avoid eyes, mucous membranes, and sensitive skin. Keep out of reach of children. If oil gets in eyes or other sensitive areas, flush with a vegetable/nut/seed carrier oil (fractionated coconut oil, olive oil, sunflower, jojoba, etc.)
If applying an essential oil to your skin always perform a small patch test to an insensitive part of the body (If it is not already diluted, dilute with a carrier oil).
Store in a covered or dark, airtight container in the refrigerator or cool area for longest shelf life.

This product is an excellent alternative to Ibuprofen, etc. I do not use such medications. With that said, headaches do happen and when they do I simply apply this to the affected area (diluted) and within minutes my situation is resolved, meaning the headache is gone. I do not put this on my scalp, this has peppermint oil in it and that is too strong for hair.

I absolutely love this headache relief essential oil! I often get tension headaches and have tried numerous things. The only oils that gave me a bit of relief was peppermint amd lavender mixed together. But this blend is amazing! As soon as I feel my headache coming on I rub some across my forehead and the back of my neck and I’m amazed how much it helps. I don’t like to take OTC drugs so this has turned into my go to for any kind of tension headache or migraine. I would suggest mixing it with a bit of carrier oil because the peppermint and wintergreen may cause a bit of burning. The muscle relief blend is also pretty good.

I have been using oils for over ten years. What I really like about this oil blend is that it’s got the “cooling” effect, but not so overpowering that you can hardly stand it. Rubbed it on my neck and shoulders when I felt a headache coming on and it truly helped!

I get headaches often do anything I can use to not have to take medicine I love. You rub a few drops on your temples, back of your neck and chest. Or smell from the bottle or put a few drops in your hands rub together and smell from your hands. It will help your headache go away in a few minutes. I’m so happy I found this brand!

Davina is one of my favorite EO brands. Their oils are wonderful, absolutely comparable with higher priced oils. I own about 10 of them now and will continue buying. The price is unbeatable. I wished their customer service was better though. I emailed them twice and never got a response, but you can’t go wrong with any of their oils. Fantastic product!

I also put a few drops on a cotton ball and tuck in my pillow for helping to sleep and clear my head. I love using natural solutions like this so I can avoid taking medications. Essential oils are a great way to go! Just a smell of this helps clear my congestion and tension.

I can’t tell you how many times people have come to stay and asked for a paracetamol and I’ve been able to give them a couple of drops of this for their temples. It works great if you rub a little into the soles of your feet too. A very practical and soothing product!

Personally, I don’t love the Wintergreen in the head med, although I will say it definitely does help headaches. My remedy is peppermint oil mixed with some lavender but my sister absolutely loves the head med! I bought it for her a while back and she made sure to ask me to get more for her before she ran out! Great for all types of headaches‚Ķ Obviously it doesn’t completely take the headache away, sometimes, depending on the type of headache but definitely dulls the ache!

When headaches arise, which they always due when the kids return to college, I apply Head Med on their temples, forehead, and neck to relieve their tension, and it works. This is a superior alternative, in my humble opinion, to any over the counter drug. It’s natural and powerful. I do not apply it to the scalp due to peppermint being too strong for hair. The aroma is strong, cool, and pleasing.

I love this blend, I dilute into a 10ml roll on with a carrier oil and use to rub on my temples and tension areas of my neck when I get a headache, with a little massage, I find this really helps soothe the intensity. I often mix a little with Kneads relief also. Both wonderful oil blends.
