Female Cycle (PMS Blend)

DESCRIPTIONS:

Female cycle is a formula for the symptoms of premenstrual syndrome (PMS). It can potentially help the symptoms of cramping (Cramp Bark and Garrya), water retention (Nettles), slow onset periods with dull ache, low back discomfort, and moodiness. It can help regulate a cycle if coming off the pill.

Female Cycle needs to be taken for at least one month and commonly for 3 months in order to effect a more lasting change. It may also help a woman through menopause or if they are peri-menopausal.

Emmenogogue (brings on menses)
Anti-spasmodic (decreases cramps)

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS:
30 drops, 1-3 times per day or as needed in juice or water.
Results are mostly noticed when taken over one month and commonly 3 or more months.
