Suggested Uses
TOPICALLY:
Dilute and apply on wrists, chest, back, pulse points or reflex points.
Note: This blend contains essential oils which can interact with sunlight(phototoxic). Do not use on your skin within 18 hours before exposure to sunlight or U.V. rays. We recommend if you are planning on spending time in the sun or a tanning bed, that you enjoy diffusing this oil instead. Otherwise, simply dilute and apply to areas not exposed to direct sunlight, such as under clothing.
AROMATIC:
Diffuse in room diffuser or nebulizer.
Inhale from bottle directly or add 1-2 drops to a tissue and inhale.
Add a drop to palms of hands and cover nose and mouth and inhale.
For air spray, add 10-20 drops to water in a spray bottle and spritz on surfaces or in the air.
Safety
Caution (topical application): This blend contains essential oils which can interact with sunlight(phototoxic). Do not use on your skin within 18 hours of exposure to sunlight or U.V. exposure. We recommend if you are planning on spending time in the sun or a tanning bed, that you try one of the other methods of use.
If pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have liver or kidney disfunction, consult your health care practitioner before use. Avoid eyes, mucous membranes, and sensitive skin. Keep out of reach of children. If oil gets in eyes or other sensitive areas, flush with a vegetable/nut/seed carrier oil (fractionated coconut oil, olive oil, sunflower, jojoba, etc.)
If applying an essential oil to your skin always perform a small patch test to an insensitive part of the body (If it is not already diluted, dilute with a carrier oil).
Store in a covered or dark, airtight container in the refrigerator or cool area for longest shelf life.

An oil I use daily. I rub it on my feet before putting my socks on for the day. The very few days I have not used LU I can tell the difference in my mood, and depression. LU definitely helps lift my spirits.

It’s a nice refreshing scent but not one of my favorites. I may try it in the shower first thing in the morning, but as the day goes on, it doesn’t have the impact on me I had hoped for.
