Suggested Uses
TOPICALLY:
- Apply 1-2 diluted drops on area of concern, pulse points, abdomen, or back
- Add several drops to skin or skin care products
This blend contains Bergamot, which is considered potentially phototoxic. This means it may interact with sunlight. Do not apply topically within 18hrs prior to exposure to UV rays. Or, you may apply under clothing, away from UV rays. See the Safety tab for more information.
AROMATIC:
- Add 8-10 drops to a diffuser
- Add a drop to palms of hands, cover nose and mouth and inhale
- Add to water in spray bottle to spritz in room or on linens
- Inhale scent directly from bottle, or put a drop on tissue and inhale
Safety
Caution (topical application): This blend contains essential oils which can interact with sunlight(phototoxic). Do not use on your skin within 18 hours prior to exposure to sunlight or U.V. rays. We recommend if you are planning on spending time in the sun or a tanning bed, that you try one of the other methods of use, or apply under clothing, away from UV exposure.
Do not use near eyes or mucous membranes. Keep out of reach of children.
Essential oils are extremely potent. Diluting oils before applying them topically is better for your skin and extends the life of your oils. Diluting oils does not reduce their effectiveness and can even enhance their usefulness. See our Dilution Guidelines page for more information on dilution rates.
Store in a covered or dark, airtight container in the refrigerator or cool area for longest shelf life.
