I use this every night! I suffer from allergies–in fact, I’m allergic to the state of Arizona, according to my doctor. When I lie down at night, my head gets so congested that I find it difficult to breathe, let alone fall asleep. I’ve found that if I place a few drops of peppermint on a makeup round and set it a few inches away from my nose on the pillow, it opens my sinuses enough that I can sleep. I use it every single night. I’ve told a few friends about it, and they are doing this as well. And we’ve all had great success with it.
